How will we receive offers?

Offers will be sent to the email associated with your account. Once your account is set up you will automatically begin receiving our offers within 1-3 business days.

Are there product restrictions?

Yes, some products have restrictions, such as not being eligible for sale on Amazon or Walmart, while others have no restrictions at all. Any applicable restrictions will be listed in the “Restriction” column on the Excel sheet and are also included in the offer email.

Are you an authorized wholesaler?

Yes, we are an official distributor sourcing directly from manufacturers.

Do you provide letters of authorization (LOAs)?

In most cases, we do not provide letters of authorization, since many brands and manufacturers do not issue them. However, there are situations where we may be able to obtain these letters for our customers. This depends on the product, brand, product restrictions, and the specific circumstances.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes, each item must be ordered in a minimum of 20 full cases per UPC, and your total invoice must be at least $3,500. Products from separate sheets cannot be combined to fulfill this requirement.
How do I place an order?
Email your sales rep with the item number, UPC, description, and quantity. They’ll handle the rest, from availability verification to finalizing the order.
Can I negotiate pricing for larger orders?
Yes, we offer flexible pricing and welcome negotiations on larger orders.
What are your payment terms?
We only accept wire and ACH payments. We don’t accept credit cards.
What is your lead time?
Our normal lead time is 10-14 days. The lead time is stated in all offers we send.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, but freight quotes will be provided based on your delivery address and added to your invoice.
Do you ship directly to Amazon warehouses?
We can ship to anywhere in the lower 48 states. You’ll receive a freight quote for the address you provide when ordering.
Do you provide prepping and labelling services?

At this time, we don’t provide these services.

Are your invoices eligible for Amazon ungating?
We provide an invoice with every purchase, and Amazon has accepted our invoices in some cases. However, this is not guaranteed.
Can I return my order?
All sales are final unless there are defects like damage, wrong description, or incorrect expiration. Notify your rep within 5 business days of receipt for assistance.
